Hi, I’m Brittany. I am a graduate student by day, cook by night. When I am not daydreaming about my next time in the kitchen, I am studying Marine Resource Management at Oregon State University. I love to read, particularly historical fiction novels, and I derive much of my cooking inspiration from the lives of my favorite fictional characters.
My border collie Charlie is my kitchen companion and sous-chef. My fiancé, Cole, helps me out sometimes too when he isn’t getting frustrated with me for going overboard on a menu.
